My prescription ran out in July so I just stopped taking my BC.
... I'm breaking out.
The right side of my upper chest is breaking out with little bumps. They aren't really pimples I guess.
And it started right before I took bpics at the end of august and they are still there.
Ughhhhhhhhhh.

could be keratosis. Google a pic and compare. I had it bad on my arms and tried to get rid of it for a year with no luck. we just covered it with makeup

I would say that it could be from the cooler weather but you said it started at the end of August. Can it be stress related? They will go away...maybe your dermatologist can recommend something?

Have you made any changes to your diet? Laundry Detergent? etc... it could be a reaction from something else as well.
I was breaking out really bad about a month before the wedding, (face only) and I honestly just switched to Dove Soap. Plain 'ol dove and my face cleared up in no time. I actually still only use that on my face now, and I am for the most part zit free
