Is it bad to put like the Crystal Light packets in your water? Does that take away from the benefits of water?
I don't usually use them, but I found these 4-C sugar free calorie free things and they're pretty good. I used one today as a change in my regular water bottle, then realized that maybe that's not so good?
Am I still getting all of the goodness of water? Or should I skip the packets?

Hope not...cause that is the way I drink the majority of my water.
But good question...I have been wondering myself.

Does it have a lot of chemicals and junk in it? Then maybe, but it's definitely not the worst thing you can be drinking.
4C sugarless and no calories, huh? Is it iced tea mix kinda thing? I'm intrigued!

They have the ice tea ones, 'juice' ones and lemonade ones. I like the ice tea ones and the lemonade ones the best myself, but they're all pretty good! I got them from shop rite, but i know they have them at stop and shop and a and p too!

Ooh I'm gonna check them out! I drink plain water mostly, but with a meal I'd rather something with a little flavor and they only have sodas at my office really. I could just leave those things in my desk and mix 'em in with the water. Thanks!

I have been seeing a nutritionist for a little over a year and one of the 1st things she said to me was to STOP drinking crystal light & all drinks like it. She said if I HAVE to add anything to water Lemon or Lime would be the best way to go.

you are 100% better off drinking crystal light than drinking regular soda or 'juice' that isn't even actual juice.
if it helps you lose weight and helps put water into your body. then yay.
i love the 4c fruit punch. tastes like tropical punch koolaid.

I LOVE THESE!!! I am hardly ever thirsty and won't drink all day if I didn't think about it... So I go with flavor...
My favorites are:
Crystal Light White Grape (I'm addicted. I'm registering for it ALONE, no store, just putting it on my website by itself!! )
Ocean Spray Cranberry Pomegranate
4C Wildberry Pomegranate
Snapple even makes some...

Re: Sort of Wedding Related--Water
A nutritionist told me to use them when I told her I hated plain water. They may have nutrisweet but its still better than soda.
