i was just reading through the 'chat lingo' list and saw the following:
BUMP - Bring Up My Post; brings a post to top of boards
i absolutely had no idea that BUMP was an acronym...!!! i always imagined it as playing volleyball and you bump the ball (aka: make it go up)

You should only see the lingo thrown around on one of my other favorite boards. I can't get away with it here...I'd get the boot REAL fast

i wanted to check what DH actually stood for. i knew it was 'current husband' but i couldn't figure out how 'current' becomes a 'D' .... it's 'dear husband' for all others who are curious

haha! i just looked that one up right before this post came up! i finally understood FH .. and then someone threw in the DH and it got me all confused! lol

No, not at all wedding-related. It's kittyradio.com Offshoot of a Courtney Love fan forum. Lots of fun, but you need to have a thick skin. Not very Courtney-related anymore.
People on LIW are much nicer, generally speaking.
I can't even go on kittyradio at work, I don't want anyone to see it

No, not at all wedding-related. It's kittyradio.com Offshoot of a Courtney Love fan forum. Lots of fun, but you need to have a thick skin. Not very Courtney-related anymore.
People on LIW are much nicer, generally speaking.
I can't even go on kittyradio at work, I don't want anyone to see it
haha, might check it out at some point ... though i only have enough time for one addiction right now, and that's LIW
