Anyone ever use the Sound Beach Club House for any events? Just wondering how much they rent it out for.

idk if it's the same place, but i had researched the village of shoreham hall on sound beach. it was a $3300 site fee, and you had to get an affiliated caterer to sponsor your permit application.

Beram, the Club House is in Sound Beach, not Shoreham, although I do know what place you're talking about
I think it's like $400 or $500 to rent, then you get catered food, decorate, etc. We wer going to look there for our e-party, it's literally around the corner from FBIL's house, but it loooked pretty run down on the outside. We didn't bother checking it out further.
FMIL suggested it to us and said they used to go to many functions there, but it may be less used nowadays. She didn't even know who to get in contact with.

Someone also suggested it for our e-party, but $500 is too much. I saw some pictures online, but not many. It didn't look too nice from the pictures I saw, but I thought if it was less than $500 we could deal...
