Ladies who have experience with both or either -- which do you recommend? I started dieting on my own, but realized I really need something a little more rigid to make me more accountable. I need to take these pounds off before June!!!!

South beach works, but it is hard for me. LA weight loss is $$$$$, what about Weight watchers or nutri system?

I've lost 30 lbs on south beach, and then to maintain I have been on weight watchers points system.
