FH and I went today and fell in love with them but I know they don't get the best reviews...and I can't see why not huge apartments, great price it's like a little community anyone have good/bad things about this place/

My sister lived there for a year with her 2 friends. The apartment was nice but she said sometimes she didnt feel so safe walking up to her door. Her apt wasnt right by the parking lot, you had to walk down a long sidewalk. Some places in east massapequa arent the greatest but I thought the complex was nice!

I looked into this place and read some crazy reviews about how the state was housing people on the complex. I dont know if its still that way but just as an FYI

I heard that they are really nice but, I wouldn't feel comfortable walking around at night over there. JMO
