Mine is 5K-6K...I am not happy to say I am spending that, but I fell in love with the Eve of Milady dress, and couldn't find one that compares...I am broke now

Not to terrible so far, I am afraid I will fall in love with something way out of my $$$ range(which I have no idea what that is yet). I have my eye on the Jim Hjelm in my album.

I refuse to spend more than $500. That being said, I have no idea, every gown I have 'fallen in love with' so far was over $800... My brother is a theatre costume designer, though, and has volunteered to make me whatever i want, so I may get off cheaply... (and have a great memory of wearing a dress made by a family member - like my great-grandmother made my mom's)

I went to David's Bridal, they usually have a sale going on ranging from $50-200 off a dress. So far I only spent $724 and that's for the dress, slip, bra and veil. It really depends on what you want though.
I recommend trying on all different types of gowns. The one that I thought would be 'the one', wasn't.

a lot.....and I would spend it again and again if I had to do it over! Loved my dress even though it was a fortune!
