Spa Bachelorette Parties

For anyone who has had one of these or been involved in one can you tell me the spa it was at, what you got and what the cost was?

Thanks!

The Spa @ Eastwind is beautiful I think its a little pricey for overnight stays, but I think you can work something out for a day trip!

Good Luck!

For mine, we went to the spa at mohegan sun. It was an awesme day- we took an early ferry, did some gambling, had lunch, went shopping. We got massages and spent some time in the hot tub in the spa.
I am not sure exactly how much the spa cost- I believe it was around $100, but might have been less.
They have a special with the ferry out of Orient Point- it was $25 - included the round trip ferry, the bus to and from Mohegan Sun, lunch at Mohegan Sun, and I think $10 towards gambling.

We went to Pennsylvania for my friend's BP. It was so much fun and not expensive at all. It's called Girlfriend's Getaway. You get to choose a hotel and spa package and I believe breakfast was also included. The hotel had a hot tub, indoor pool, outside patio, etc. We went to an Italian family style place for dinner, but I remember there being alot of restaurants to choose from. It was like a mini vacation!!

I just googled 'Girlfriend's Getaways in Pennsylvania' and I came up with this. Is this what you are talking about: B.Y.O.G! (Bring Your Own Girlfriend!) Girlfriend Getaway Guide ?

Some great spas in the city are:
The Great Jones Spa
Mario Badescu
and Bliss

Mario Badescu is a great spa and has very low prices. Every NY based actress goes there including Sarah Jessica Parker. The facials are 65 compared to Bliss which is over 100 dollars for a basic facial.
Mario is more of a 'cleansing' facial while Bliss offers you chocolates in the waiting room with water & lemon slices. More of a decadent type spa.

They moved their East 57th one down an ave or so but I wasnt too thrilled about the Soho and the one in the W hotel. I would do the one on the east side everyone was so nice there. If you get a gift certificate they include a 20% off bliss products the day you use the gift card.

We are staying at the Spa at East Wind for my bach party the end of this month. We are doing a wine tasting limo tour during the day and spending the night at the hotel. On Sunday we are doing spa treatments and brunch at the hotel. I am not sure what the price is but the hotel is gorgeous and I hear the spa is great! HTH!
