Spa in Upstate NY...

Spa in Upstate NY...

Ladies and Scott...There is some kind of sports spa in upstate NY were they specialize in sports massages and other 'manly' treatments. Is anyone familiar with the spa I am referring too? It is also an Inn to spend the night at.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Could you be thinking of the ones up by Lake Placid? Near Saratoga State Park? There are mineral baths and stuff up there!

ETA this link....they are yoga and spa retreats near there!

never heard of it. i know there are a lot of spas up in saratoga tho...
