Spanish Reading or Poem:
Today I got to go over my wedding ceremony with the Reverend, who is a woman, since my FI wanted to go out of the norm. My parents are coming from Venezuela (hopefully, if the politics dont get any worse there) and they don't speak English at all. As I wanted to do something bilingual for them, she suggested a Spanish reading of a Poem. Does any one has an idea about what it could be? I have all my poetry books still there ... I will research online too. Thanks,
Elena

Re: Spanish Reading or Poem:
My grandmother is coming from Colombia and my ceremony will be mostly in Spanish. I actually found a poem in English I really loved and am translating it to Spanish. Keep that idea open if you come across something in English.P.S. I have uncles and cousins who live in Venezuela, isn't it a shame what's happening

Thanks for the tip Curley2003! Yes what is happening in my country is horrible
, and that worries me, because when a country becomes so unestable, is hard to get the Visas to go anywhere because the embasys are affraid of massive migration ... which is happening anyway. I will keep my eyes open to English poems too! Welcome New Vendors
