Here's a couple:

Madre by Sergio Vargas

Madrecita by Teo Franco or Jose Jose or Oscar Medita

A Ti Madre by Nazzario

Versos a Mi Madre by Julio Jaramillo

I think Tommy Tunes' website has a few listed.

There's two I like:

Mamá by Fernando Villalona
Veronica by Cristian Castro

Both have amazing lyrics that will not leave a dry eye in the house!
(FH's mom chose the Fernando one.)

Good luck!
