Spanx - how do you wear them?

Ok so this might be a strange question but I am just curious:

I am going to try on dresses this Saturday and bought a pair to help with all my junk. I plan on wearing them on the wedding day to help with chub-rub (those thicker girls probably know what im talking about).

Anyway - do you wear underwear or not? I think I am since I will be trying on dresses and dont want to give the lady too much of a show, but the wedding day - I might not.

Thoughts?

to be totally honest - I would wear them under the spanx to try on dresses.... but the day of I wouldn't.
I normally dont wear any. BUT - some of them have a little pee hole i call it... and some dont.... so if you are not wearing any to make it easier to pee pee in the potty and there is no little hole, then you hafta take em off anyway...so u might as well wear undies lol

If anything bring the spanx with you just in case.

Noo it made sense - the ones i have do have the pee pee hole, so yea - on the wedding w/ the dress that would make life eaiser lol

LOL i always wear spanx under dresses and i definalty go Commando... many of them are made with something so you dont have to pull them down if you need to go to the bathroom...

When you try on dresses though... definatly wear underware with them

so get the chub rub. worst ever.

the fact that you said pee pee in the potty has me cracking up!

I always wear spanx and i still always wear under wear under them, especially the day of if it gets really hot even with chub rub you are gonna wanna take them off at the end of the night.


ALSO VERY IMPORTANT
take them off before you get back to your hotel room or wherever you are going. Taking off spanx is probably they least sexy vision ever and not something you want to show hubby on the wedding night!

yea they smooth everything over and s u c k you in.. def not a girdle.. almost like another pair of underwear and they have all different kinds for your needs.

eta: keep forgetting s u c k doesnt work lol

I hate spanx lol. If you get a full lined stapless you won't even need them. That's what I used at the salon when trying dresses on.

ya know i bought a cheep-o pair a while ago and hate them!! so i decided to invest in a real pair and i actually found them kinda comfy.

i dont want a strapeless dress so im just gonna try em out and see if they actually help w/ the fitting of the dress

Spanx are the best. I totally agree you dont have to wear underwear under them.. but if you are not comfy in front of the dress lady put some on for the dress fitting!.

But I AGREE with taking them off. getting undressed and standing in spanks can be the least attractive thing EVER!!!!!!!!!

BUT WE LOVE SPANX.. they also make the ones that go up to you the bottom of your bra so there are no lines!!!! I have even worn my under jeans!!! SHHHH dont tell
