Thats exactly what I was planning to do. I asked the lady at the bra place and she said to just wear the regular Spanx that don't go all the way up. She said to put the spanx on OVER the bottom of the corset. I'm not sure how that's going to look, so I'm going to get both types of Spanx and try them on with the longline.

i've tried that...puttinh it over the corset but then i saw bumps and stuuf through my dress so i wouldn't do that but the corset over the bra i do

umm how come i have the spank roll down problem!?
the bra lady told me i woudl have NO ISSUE, and welp i had the roll down issue...
i ended up geting a corset mid drift thingie... with ribbing. ...
and im wearing my strapless... lets see how my dress is... i dont have one yet so im keeping my options open.. but ill be wearing a strapless and the mid drift ribbed thingie.

My plan is to get some sort of Spanx along w/ a longline...how I'll, um, position it all is beyond me at this point....
or I'll be wrapping my flab in duct tape and hoping for the best.......

Sounds like there are a lot of Spanx fans....I've been wanting to get it, but haven't yet. I'm scared of ordering the wrong size or something. When I tried on dresses, the corset and slip they provided helped me look thinner....I was just gonna go with that, but now I'm reconsidering the spanx
