T Carlton's Spalon is in Smithtown on 347, so probably a little farther than you want to go. Cactus Salon and Day Spa has a few locations in a few towns nearby, it's just a matter of checking if that location offers spa services or not.

The Spa at St. Tropez is in the Medford area right on 112 and they are supposed to be very good.

I've been to the Spa at St. Tropez. It's in Port Jeff on rt. 112 so it's probably only about 15 minutes or so from them. I've gotten facials and massages there and was very happy with both services. They run specials sometimes too. The last special I took advantage of was 'buy one massage get one half price.' You buy them as gift certificates and then can use them for yourself or give them away. You should go to the website and sign up for emails. That's how I knew about that special.

I've been to Christopher Jon Salon and Day Spa in Sayville- 10 min from Patchogue. It's a nice place. Bellport also has a spa in their main town-small, but also a nice gift. IFriends and I have been to both places.
