So I was out Thanksgiving Eve and ran into a few guys I went to high school with. We got into talking about eachother's lives since high school (blah blah blah) when all of a sudden this guy that I haven't seen in years (Thanksgiving Eve is always a night that you run into people you haven't seen in centuries) says to me so I saw you on LIW I'm like Ok. . . He always was a little on the strange side, nevertheless. .
He proceeds to tell me that a friend of a friends sister is engaged and saw me on here and called him and told him. No big deal right? He then tells me that us girls have all these weird conversations and starts going off about LIW that we all need to get lives and how he loved my e-pics and how the girls are hot on here. FH and I are like OK weirdo.
He was laughing when he said this but he said that he signed on as a bride and found me on here. Does anyone else think that this is weird, or am I just paranoid? I erased my pics in my albums, he just freaked me out.

I think that's VERY weird and a little ! I know I have a few lurkers on here too so I have to watch what I say. Stupid ppl.

Ummm, yes!!!!! Weird!!!!!! Even if he did do that...why the heck would he tell you!!?!?!??! And to go as fas as sign on as a bride??? Just my opinion...at first I'd say be flattered, but as I read on I got creeped out!!!!!

That is why i do not talk about personal issues and give out too much info about my wedding details to be viewed publicly b/c i cant help but to feel cautious constantly about these things. I also dont have any album pics for this very reason and deleted all of them a few months ago when someone told me 'oh i saw your profile on LIW'

It is so ironic that you are posting this right now...
Is there another post about lurking that made you write this (b/c I noticed the title is 'speaking of lurkers')....
I had some SERIOUS issues arise from lurkers- just now actually.
Let's just say- things will NEVER be the same for me in a lot of ways-- and people that I thought I knew- well, I know them in a very different way now. It's actually really sad but I guess you have to take it from where it comes.
