REALLY!!!! wow thats interesting...I heard that every person in their lifetime will have at least 8 spiders crawl on their body...also a ducks quack doesnt echo lol

I have MANY a blond moment. I think FMIL is convinced her son is marring an idiot. They took us to Aruba for their 25th wedding anniversary and we wre going to benihana for dinner. They made it my job to look in the phone book and get the #. So I looked it up and saw that there were 2 #'s so I told her there were 2 locations, and she couldn't believe that the island of aruba would have 2 benihanas. So I said yup it's true there's one in (forgot the name of the town) and one in facisimile. Then she took the phone book from me and made the reservation herself. I didn't know facisimile was the long version of fax! Seriously that was the first time I heard the word, I thought it was a town in aruba.

ok, so my I'm driving back to my office and my car stops working, it's still moving (I was going down a hill) and wouldn't stop I can't trun my wheel, & I couldn't even budge the break or move my thing to park from drive....

then I end up riding it to the end of the parking lot (Thank G-d this was the friday before newyears around 4ish the lot was almost empty....

I call my office, 1st off w/ the errand I went on I should have been back 20 minutes ago, & I didn't want them to worry. I planned to walk back to my office and call AAA....

well, the General Manager, who's also our CPA came down to see if he could see what was wrong... Who wanted to be out of the office by then, But he had to finsh the weekly, monthly & annual reports, etc..... ( It means alot to me that some one who was that busy & so far behind from where they had to be took the time out to help, esp, someone they barly know....


Well it turns out, my car was out of gas DUH....... when I came down the hill, the little gas I had in my car dropped to the front or something, and my car stalled it kept moving b/c Iwas moving down a hill.......................Once I took the keys out & restarted the car it worked ..........................................................

thats a good one.. thank good ness thats all it was and noone got hurt.. thats a scary thing!!

I'm sure after the fact that was all very funny!

okay i have three good ones:

i went to the mall with a friend right after she learned to drive. we park in the parking lot and we are about to get out of the car. all of a sudden she screams 'OMG the car next to me is rolling forward and no one is in it!' so then i look on MY side and scream 'OMG the car on my side is too!' so we slam the doors shut and we are so confused and freaking out! all of a sudden she realizes that . . . . she never put the car in park she just shut it off and HER car was rolling backward! LOL

another one,
it was pouring out and i was leaving FH's store, he asks me to give his friend's mom a ride home and of course i say sure. So she gets into the car and we start chatting - i put the car into reverse and start backing out of the spot but i cant turn the wheel! the car is moving backwards but the wheel will not budge! so i start freaking out and stop the car and FH noticed so he comes out of the store in the pouring rain and i am like screaming bc my car is broken and what is wrong with it etc. so FH gets into the driver's seat, looks up at me with this look of pure disgust. . . i forgot to turn the CAR ON - i just put it in reverse but i never turned the key!!!! i was sooo embarassed!

and the third, i fly to florida and when we land i want to call my mom, so i cant see my screen it has all these swirls on it! FH's screen on his phone has the same problem! so we go to rent a car and we are like ew why are the tints so bad on all of these cars, they all have these dots and swirls on the tints - we drive to meet up with our friends and explain that BOTH of our phones are broken ( we guessed it was from the airplane pressure lol) and how bad tints are in florida. . . that is when our friends look at us and say: 'um take off your sunglasses stupid' TURNS OUT that it was our sunglasses distorting everything and they had done the same exact thing when they landed - we all went out and got these really expensive polarized sunglasses bc we were going there to fish and that is the best when you are going to be on the water - those types of glasses distort certain images - how funny is that?! i was waiting to borrow someone's phone to call the phone company and complain - thank goodness i didnt!

yeah, like now it's funny, then it was on the brink of panic!

MATILDE THAT IS HISTERICAL!!!!!!! the second one was the funniest lol.

Well once i was on the phone with my friend, i had just parked the car and was taking my purse and other belongings before i got out of the car...Well i start going crazy searching all over the car, going through my bag looking everywhere...Well this went on for seriously like 10 mins, yeah basically i was looking for my cell phone but I was talking on the phone the WHOLE TIME!!!!!!!

Another time i was at the movies, and you know how they have the handicapped section its just ONE SEAT!!! So i am like OMG that is so horrible and mean, why do they only have one seat, a handicapped person should not be made to sit alone...Well the person i was with just kept saying, yeah there is a seat for someone, but i didn't realize what they were saying at first...I was upset about this and kept going on, until the person finally was like DUMMY the seat is for the person they are with, and the empty spot next to it, is space for the wheelchair.

tilde those are classic and denise... i did the same thing with the handicap seat!
