speaking of agita...

speaking of agita...

Is anyone losing excessive amounts of weight even though they are not trying to?

I have been dropping pounds with the same full diet I always eat.... anyone have this problem? (and this is after my final fitting)

If so, give me some good hi-protein, etc foods to eat to maintain my weight!

Thanks!

Stick w/ the proteins. You've probably been doing a lot of running around and stressing. Try to relax and take it easy.

I've heard you should have a bowl of ice cream every night the week before the wedding if you are losing weight without trying ...

OH SHUT UP! I'm Kidding!!!!! I'm also INSANELY jealous!

-can't say I share your problem, but maybe start eating lots of carbs ?

I agree, keep up with the proteins, but also load up on some carbs. Try eating crackers with peanut butter or cheese (not the kind in the packet, although those are good too). And of course take any excuse to eat ice cream!!!!

The easiest way to gain some of that weiht back is to follow me around for the next week and anything I eat you should eat. You will have NOOO problem filling that dress right out.

This is me too! I still slip up with what I eat here and there but generally I don't eat more than 1500 cals a day! I can't lose a pound even with exercise.

High protein foods: almonds, maybe more lean beef, peanut butter or almond butter with an apple, if you have a salad try to add chicken or turkey and also chick peas if you like them, also research which types of peas and beans that vegetarians get their protein from just so you have some variety, soy is good too, I add soy milk to my oatmeal (as opposed to just water), tofu if you like it.
