There are ads in the back of Brides Mag for these favors. If you are using a dj i'm sure they can do it for you too. I'm not sure how much but i know it's much cheaper to do it yourself.

Go onto ebay there is a man who makes them (CD covers and designs the CD too). He ask you for the selection of songs and makes them for you. The price is 100 for $100. Awesome price.

i got one at fh cuz wedding i found out he did them himself and they came out nice! but imo i am not sure about it!
