Are they supposed to be used once every 6 months? or once a year??? Is it bad to use them more than the recommended time frame?
I use mine on and off throughout the year. I try and do at least 2-3 weeks at a time or as long as I can manage w/o making my teeth too sensitive. Sometimes I take a few months off other times I have done it once a year. I don't think it would hurt you, if you don't mind the sensitivity.
I did two boxes in a row 5 years ago and since then I put them on here and there.....maybe only 2-30min sessions a month. Keeps it updated without making things super sensitive.
