I had a dream that I was (or thought I was) pregnant...everyone was feeling my lower abdomen and said I 'felt' pregnant, but I refused to be tested...
then somehow I ended up in a bar room brawl with these true nutters, and one guy pulls out a knife. I spread my arms open as if to say 'come on'...he stabs me dead center chest....but instead of dying, I spit the blood coming out of my mouth in his face, pick up a pipe, and start fighting
needless to say, I am a bit out of sorts today.

Wow, minus the PG, I have had a dream like that. I woke up exhausted and I checked myself for injuries.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Last nite I had a dream that I was pregnant, about to give birth....how weird! then this morning i woke up w/heartburn sooo bad LOL
but the dream felt sooo real-when i woke up this morning i immediately felt my stomach LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used to have pregnant dreams all of time and I agree with Tricia, it's about carrying a burden.
The fighting is crazy. Could be pent up agression. The stabbing could be receiving unexpected news recently that you weren't prepared for. (Your brother's engagement?)
