Re: speaking of fondue...
I'm interested too. I'm bringing my set away for New Years and I know what to bring for the dipping, but I'm not exactly sure how to do the chocolate part.

Here is the recipe I use for chocolate fondue. I love it, it is so good. For dipping I usually use cut up pound cake, sliced strawberries, sliced bananas, macaroons, sliced pineapple. You could also use soft sugar cookies.
I have not done chocolate but I have made a great cheese dip in mine, used beer and whirshire sauce

Re: speaking of fondue...
I just made chocolate fondue the other night, it was so good and easy to make...i just melted a 12 ounce bag of semi sweet choc. chips with half a stick of butter and a 5 ounce can of evaporated milk...keep stirring quickly as it melts, transfer to the pot and voila.
I cut up pound cake, bananas, strawberries, marshmallows and graham crackers..

Re: speaking of fondue...
I'm a milk chocolate girl, so here is my recipe...
12 oz bar hersey's 1/4 c milk (I use skim) 1/4 c whipping cream
Put broken up chocolate and milk into fondue pot (turn temp to warm) Then stir constantly, adding whipping cream until it's all melted...YUMMY!
