Speaking of Greenport

I am in the process of redoing an apartment I own out there (i just had to evict my tenant)

I am hoping it will be ready to rent as of 11/1.

Its a one bedroom - about 4 blocks from the water $950.00

Will be painted, have new carpet, new tile floor in the bathroom, new windows, etc...

If anyone knows anyone looking for an apt. out there please pass on the info.
