The tournament is this weekend - 5/18-5/20. The only round I can guarantee we are playing in is of course the opening round. So, if you want to come cheer on me, DH & Janna, we're playing Friday night 5/18 in the opening round of 9-ball at 7:30 PM. If you can't make it Friday, the opening round of 8-ball (just DH & I) is Saturday night at 7:30.
For the lovely ladies that made it to my wedding, our very entertaining best man is the captain of both teams. For those that made it to my shower and/or bachelorette party, my friend Angie plays on both teams.

The 9-ball team was eliminated from competition in sudden death overtime.![]()

The 8-ball team is still scheduled to play Round One today, Saturday at 7:30 and the invite still stands. Location is The Big Kahuna at 1730 East Jericho Tpke in East Northport/Huntington (it's on the border of the two towns).
*UPDATE #2*
The 8-ball team narrowly snatched victory from the jaws of defeat. After losing the first two matches in a best of 5 contest, we came back to win three straight, including the final match in sudden death overtime. The gut wrenching 4th match was a battle of wits and smarts between the #1 ranked player in the league and the #7 ranked player in the league (our team) (rankings based on lifetime win percentage). The final round is today, Sunday at 4:00 at the same location, will all invites still standing, and all prayers welcome!!!
