Ever wonder how some people end up in them when their personalities are just so not suited???
Example: There's this woman at work, I'm not really sure what her official title or job description is, but for some reason she's involved with the budgets for the commercial department, which includes press and marketing. She's always questioning invoices and proposed budgets, and while I understand that it's her job to do so, she just has this awful manner about her. She's very accusatory, questioning expenses as if employees are trying to pocket money or something or have submitted their requests incorrectly, and people get defensive right away. It's awful and very uncomfortable to witness
I just wonder who decided she would be a good person for this job???

Re: Speaking of Jobs
I can relate, the last firm I worked at had an HR director with no people skills whatsoever, plus a superiority complex bigger than the state of Texas.
