It's surreal - and I really feel calm still (well, for now ne ways).
One concern I have is BREAKING out big time right before the big day....
Do you girls know about derms handling inflation/pimples ? Is this true that they could inject cortisone (I think it's cortisone, not sure)...

Re: Speaking of nerves/anxiety going crazy...
ive had cortisone shots. You can go the week of if you do break out, just dont touch it bc if it does scab then that will stay but it brings down the inflammation.

This is my fear too! I've had cortisone shots -- for a few minutes it actually feels bigger and then the swelling goes down. Some dermatologists are so overbooked that they get all pissy if you ask to be seen that day. Maybe you can work it out beforehand. I had a receptionist at a dermatologist make me swear i wouldn't tell anyone I saw them as a walk-in

I've had a few cortisone shots and they hurt a lot and never made a pimple smaller. It doesn't work for some people.
I'm just planning to wash morning and night with neutrogena, put on Benzoyl Peroxide (2.5%) twice a day, and use astringent on my back and chest religiously. And try to eat lots of fruits and veggies / vitamins and drink water. And pray!
