Ok so we had a place for our RD. We went and looked and ate and loved it. They told us we had time to book so we took my FILs there to see it (since they are paying) and they really liked it. I asked the women should we book now or can you at least put our names in the book and she said not to worry. We have plenty of time and to get the count together and then book. Stupidly I listened and called to book it the other day and they booked the date already I should have known better.
So now my question is -- The Riverview in Oakdale was recommended to us. Any feedback? We are going to try it but would like opinions. Or any other suggestions in that area would be appreciated.

Re: Speaking of RD
i had brunch there when looking for a wedding spot. brunch was good - buffet style so i'm not crazy about that but obv dinner won't be that way. the place is gorgeous though! I loved that it was right on the water!

Re: Speaking of RD
I went to an engagement brunch a Riverview - fantastic. LOVED it.
Snapper Inn is also over there - it looks dumpy from the outside but GORGEOUS inside - prices were reasonable too - I think we were quoted about $36/pp for a Saturday night in summer....
