speaking of shoveling

Why don't any superintendants do it in the morning the buildings they SUPPOSEDLY maintain? Not just for those walking by but for the tenants too! My super does it all the time but the apartment buildings next to mine that I have to walk by on my way to the train or bus and they don't. We got 11 inches of snow. Don't they care? I guess not. And I hear that if you fall as a result you can't sue the owner anymore. Unreal.

At least Metro North was on time (for my train) today.
