Speaking of Tatoos...

For the ladies that have tatoos in noticible areas. Will you be covering them up (make-up)? Or waearing them proudly on your wedding day?

ie- Low back gowns/dresses. Dipping neck lines and so forth

I think I am going to wear it proudly. it is for someone who is very dear to me and if she could she would be my MOH. I love her and the tattoo and will never cover it

I will def wear mines proudly. I have two bracelets on both wrist with my childrens names, and no way am I covering them. I will say though that the original dress I wanted was very low in the back, in which it would have showed my tatoo of Fh's name, and that was a bit too much for me. It's not that i'm ashamed of his name on my back but it was a bit too much that the opening from the dress was just big enough to show his whole name. Even he didn't like the dress anymore.

But sometimes I wish I got the dress anyway

How do they cover up the tatoo? I have one on my shoulder and not sure if that's ok with Jewish tradition?

Additional note: I'm not Jewish nor converting, but the ceremony is in Jewish tradition accordingly with DH tradition.

Nope not covering. You will only see the one between my shoulder blades which holds siginificant meaning. I would never even think of it. and if the other one showed I would love it...but no dress has that low of a back.
It's small but you can see it here

I won't be covering mine. I have a tribal on my right arm, and my sons name in japenese scripture on the left.
