i got the trays made by my dentist. i dont know if it made a difference.

Once my invisalign are done I am going to get the trays made.... or do zoom depending on what the dentist recommends.

i'm probably just gonna do the crest strips. i know a few people who have used them and they seem to work.

I heard that was really good! I didn't do the whitening for money/time reasons but I did go for a cleaning a few weeks before the wedding.

I definitely want to try the white strips. When I was in college my roommate used to use them and her teeth were WHITE!!!
Does anyone know if they make your teeth sensitive? Like to heat or cold? This guy told me he used them once and he had white splotches on his teeth for a while and he was afraid to smile in public....![]()
He said he kept using them and eventually they disappeared and the color was even.

I will prob mix baking soda and peroxide to make a paste and brush with that. The $300 to $500 a dentist charges is way out of my budget.

im using the 3D crest, and also the listerine whitening....i cant stand it though, its gross, but my dentist said he's noticed a change, im not getting anything major work done, i need crowns and all this mess (i blame my boss for not having dental and im soooo mad!).
I was hoping that maybe FH and I can get married 2 months before so that i can get on his dental and get some major stuff done so i can stop paying full price.
i got the avia plan, $40 for cleanings and cavity work is cheap, but root canals, crowns, i need FH's insurance for and I have some pain.

we used the crest white strips advanced professional or whatever they're called (not the regular ones that leave gel all over your teeth!) and they really worked!! we also got the crest vivid white toothpaste to use along with them
