Speaking of the rehearsal dinner (or, lunch)...

Any *reasonable* recommendations in Baldwin, Merrick, RVC, Bellmore,Wantagh area? We also need a private room on a Saturday afternoon, (I know restarants will be more receptive!) for about 30 people. Thanks!

Rana`s restaurant in Merrick

My friend just had her bridal shower there. The food was good - you can get a semi-private room there, and I`m not sure of the cost but I don`t think it was too expensive.

Rana`s restaurant in Merrick

I have been to MacCarthur Park in RVC which has good food and a private room. And we are thinking of going to the East Point Inn in East Rockaway. My fiance has been raving about that for a couple of months.
