Special assignment for family members

I have 2 people that I would really like to include in my wedding. But my wedding party is so big that I couldn't. I already have kids passing out the programs etc. Is there anything that you can think of to include them???

Can they read a peom or other reading at the ceremony? or do a special toast at the reception?

Are you having bubbles or rice or something like that? Someone can be in charge of handing that out.

They are adults. We are not having any readings, that is not usually part of a Jewish wedding. As for passing out stuff. I already have 3 cousins doing that!

i 'brought up gifts' for my FSIL in her catholic ceremony...

do you have 'ushers' seating people?

since we are not having a videographer i will be designating someone to monitor the camcorder on a tripod

at my FSIL's wedding there was a person designated to coordinate all the transportation and who really did a good job getting people where they needed to go (kinda like a 'day of coordinator')...

do you have someone in charge of getting all of the final payments and tips to the appropriate vendors?

do you want these people to partake in the ceremony or just help out somehow during the day?

I am having a very small wedding party because in order to include all my best girlfriends, it would make my wedding party too big and I did not want a big bridal party. I am having friends do readings, hand out programs, and we are releasing butterflies also so I'll have them hand those out as well. And they will be included with planning, Bachelorette party, support, etc!!!!
