Special Dedication Poem

Hi Ladies!!

I'm finally sitting to type out my program and want to include a special dedication to my grandfather who died a year and a half ago.

Does anyone have a poem or reading for this??

We little knew that morning that God was going to call your name,

In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same.

my DH and I used this poem on our wedding program.
After the poem we put the names of the people for whom had passed away.
