We sent out pages from a scrapbook with our STD's and told people not to feel obligated to do it, but if they would like to, to decorate a page however they wanted and bring it to our reception...

THAT is such a great idea!!!!!
I just had a blank page scrap book at my reception, with markers, crayons and stickers and had everyone sign it that way

We did slipper baskets and instead of having a traditional sign in book we got a coffee table book of famous hugs and kisses throughout history and had the guests sign the pages w/ a sharpie.

I think we sent ours too early though...we sent them out right around Christmas for our September wedding...
I am worried people will forget to do the page, lose it, etc by the time the wedding rolls around!

-polaroid guest book -slipper basket -monogramed table seating chart on an easel -black and white monogramed cookies ( as 1 of the favors) -personlized water as guest walk out going home -monogramed cake topper -cry packs -making the flower girls baskets -4 of them -photo montage in reception with baby pic/family pics and pics of us together and have a slide show throughout the night when guest are at the table eating- someone will be taking shots all night and display them of the guest -photo montage board near guest book of the family -some of the tables will have a scavenger hunt of pictures to take I know Im forgetting stuff its past my bedtime lol

Since both my grandpa and fi's have been afflicted with Alzheimer's as of late we are donating to the Alzheimer's foundation in lieu of traditional favors...only family will be at the wedding so they'll definitely get it.

It is. Just finished Januarys today and ready to mail I have 11 girls ahhhhhhhh. this is the only way to keep them all on the same page as things change and keep them informed.
