We just had these same window treatments installed through Home depot Expo. They aren't cheap (although they were 1/2 the price of some other places I saw that makes custom blinds)- but I love them...and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by Expo - I was expecting the worst from them but it turned out wonderfully - and they came in much faster than I thought they would.
