Does anyone know a baker, either in Long Island or NYC who will do those types of specialty cakes/3D cakes like you see them make on Cake Boss?
My friend was going to surprise her boyfriend with one for his 30th birthday party but the woman she normally uses can't do it since its her sister's wedding. This woman works out of her home so she isn't able to reccoment anyone.
Any help would be appreciated!

Re: Specialty Cakes...Please Help if you can...
I had this Groom's cake made for DH at our rehearsal dinner from Buttercooky Bakery in Floral Park. The detail on the cake was amazing, as was the firemen Ed's hat, footballs, and tickets they made 3d. I believe they also have a Manhasset location as well. I'm not sure how detailed of a cake you're looking for, but you can reach out to them via email, they were very responsive.
