Re: Speeches
At my rehearsal dinner, both sets of parents, the best man and a couple of bridal party members made toasts. I think the parents def should and then who ever else would like to. It was nice because people said the nicest things and it was so unexpected. My husband also made a toast to thank everyone.

Re: Speeches
At my rehearsal dinner, DH and I said something, and my FIL proposed a toast. Do whatever you're comfortable with.

Re: Speeches
Usually the thank everyone, sometimes some of hte parents and the MOH, if they are not making a speech at the wedding. This is how it was at my MOH's May wedding and how we are planning ours!
However I dont think theres a right or wrong I just think that you or your FH should say something to thank everyone for being a part of our day!
