Do you girls think it's worth it to spend $600 on a cathedral veil from the bridal store? It's beautiful and exactly what I'm looking for. It has a lot of beadwork all through the bottom and up the sides. I contacted the manufacturer to see if I could get it cheaper but they only sell to stores.
I have also been considering ordering from Barron's but I'm afraid it won't come out the same and I can't find a pic online. Part of me think it's just easier to buy from the bridal store. Idk lol

I bought my cathedral veil from the bridal store, it cost 400 and the blusher was another 275. I didn't want to risk not getting exactly what I wanted.

I got mine from teh bridal store but it was 1/2 of so it only cost me $350.00. Maybe look around and see if you can find something? If not you can always go back.

if its really what you want and dont want to take any chances i say go for it. I spent less on my cathedral an more on my finger tip veil because I was only wearing the cathedral for the church and some pics my fingertip veil will be on all night.

i personally would never spend that much money on a veil. but then again i am not having one that long therefore i wouldnt have to spend that much. My best friend is getting married 4 months before I am and we both have similar tastes and both have ivory dresses, so we decided to look for a veil together, split the cost and both use it :) good luck !!

The price I got from a bridal salon in manhattan, and it has a satin trim is 300.

Sorry, but I cannot imagine spending that kind of $$ on a veil.... it's just not that important to me. So I guess my opinion doesn't really make an difference here! (I'm sure there are things I'm willing to spend the $$ on that you wouldn't also!)
