Why is that I keep spending more than I had planned? I just ordered e-party invites. Spent alot more than I had planned on.

I spent more on my reception than I thought I would spend in total on the whole wedding! My stomach is still turning... And now I'm into flowers... and to pay so much money for something that dies?!

I hear ya! I budgeted 6K for honeymoon and it creeped up to 9K!! It's gonna be REAL TIGHT this year.....

I know the feeling. When I made my budget I have a target estimation and and a max I can afford estimation. I've found that I can usually end up with something in the middle.

I keep reminding FH that there is no such thng as keeping to a budget... he wants to kill me when I say that...every vendor we've booked so far...more than what we wanted to spend...FH had put his foot down and said that everything else we do...MUST be under or at the budget we've set ...otherwise we're eloping....

We were doing so well on the budget until FH insisted that we MUST have a band! Luckily it will not throw us over by too much, but I am still buying all these little things that I really shouldn't

I know it is so hard to stay in the budget that we want. Our honeymoon is already more then we wanted to spend and now I am adding a another Bridesmaid so that is more money for her bouquet and gift.
