i had a yogurt & a peanut butter sandwich yesterday for breakfast that didn't agree with my stomach at all. this morning i woke up with a bad tummy and extreme cramps. turned out to be just that: abdominal discomfort all in all, i'm back at home, just a lil shooken up...it was my first time in the ER! i spent the whoooole day without LIW i think i need a patch!

Doesn't the ER suck its takes so long for people to treat you, at least that was my experience the one time i was rushed in b/c I thought I was having a heart attack but it was just wedding stressssssssss lovely huh
