Spider bite.. Help!! anyone (moms, nurses?)

I think i got bit by a spider. Its nasty red and slightly swollen, but I dont see puncture wounds.. It doesnt really itch but it hurts like all heck

Its just below my crew sock line, I wear sneakers everyday to work and I think the compression is making it spread a bit.

Any suggestions to releave the pressure, swelling or pain and reddness?
