I am looking for feedback, both positive and negative, regarding Spin Around Sounds. Especially from past brides that have used them. I am looking for a DJ with minimal mcing and lots of dance music.
Anthony and Anthony from Spin Around did our wedding last month and we were happy with them. The MC`ing was great - not overbearing at all and they did a good job of getting things going when some of our non-dancing crowd was being a bit sluggish. They knew when to take the lead and when to keep quite.
All our important songs were played, the volume was great - you could still talk to the guests without shouting, and they respected our do not play list but were prepared with some of the songs on the list (ie: electric slide) when we decided to give in to guest`s requests and let them play it afterall.
I highly recommend them and would use them again.
We just used them in March and they were excellent. I cannot complain about a single thing, people danced the whole time, he played most of our requested songs, got everything right, hardly any mc`ing. Also the songs that Tom (owner & DJ) picked out were the perfect complement to the stuff we requested and the type of music we like. I definiteyl recommend them.
who was your DJ/MC??
We had Scott (DJ) and Tom (MC & DJ) - since the MCing was very light, I think Scott came along just to assist. Tom did most of the DJing.
You just described them. We used them for our wedding in January. Everybody loved them.
