Tell me what Stations/Food are you having in your CH???

I need to get mine done and need some ideas of waht ya getting!!

Carving- Tenderloin and Ham
Pasta- Penne a la Vodka and Tortellini
Shrimp Cocktail
Fruit
Vegetable and Cheese

We have 9 appetizers being passed and the ones i can remember are:

crab cakes
scallops wrapped in bacon
chicken teryaki
ahi tuna on a wonton crisp
bruschetta
baked clams

passed hors d'oeuvres

rice balls
mini quiche
baked clams
chicken milanese
fried calamari
shrimp with pancetta
mushroom pastries
petite stromboli
stuffed mushrooms
artichoke crostinis
eggplant crostinis
tuscan crostinis
chicken fajitas

we are having the antipasto display, cheese, veggies etc

two pasta stations, not sure what yet but prob penne ala vodka and tortellini

2 carving stations- roast pig (fh is cuban) and prob sirloin

and then we have like 8 hot stations, no idea yet

but prob
2 chicken dishes - scarpiello and chicken parm(bc its fhs favorite)
ribs
lasagna
ravioli
mussels marinara
stuffed crepes
and mixed seafood in white wine sauce- shrimp, clams, calamari, etc

these are the ones i starred when we first booked, nothing is set yet

Im getting married at Russo's and you don't pick, everything is just included! However we added the raw seafood bar :)

Saw it in an episode of 4 weddings...the CH was insane!!!! Sooooooooo much food. It was like dinner. lol

omg please - you could feed a country with the food that we're having at CH (it's kind of a bit much if you ask me)... So, here goes!

15 passed
Antipasto station
Cheese station
Crudite platters
Sushi bar
10 chafing dishes
Mashed potato station
Pasta station
2 Carving stations

... and prob more that i'm forgetting. no one will be hungry at my wedding, that's for sure!

Carving- Turkey with Cranberry sauce and Leg of Lamb

My CH is NOTHING compare to urs...

we have 14 different passed hors d'oeuvres - i can't remember them all

this is all i can remember

and 8 stations

1. crudite
2. mashed potato
3. crepes
4. carving with a suckling pig
5. pasta
6. hot dish - i think chicken /veal
7. mexican
8. italian station

we also have a seafood bar - YAY and our martini slide. whoop whoop!!

if you've never experienced the CH at Russo's you won't believe it. the food is never ending!

OMG Girls Where did you take out this $$$ to have a BIG Cocktail HOUR?!!!!

Now I must pulled out more $ to add food at our Ch... I feel bad not having a lot...
I dont even have HALF of wat u having!!!!

seriously V - you DON'T need all that food. Remember, you're still feeding guests at the reception!!! So it's not necessary to spend the extra money if you already have some food at the CH, save your money! i didn't pay extra for ours, it just came w/ the package.

Yes im feeding guest thru RH but i think its not enugh...
FH & I know we will add sometime to CH since it's too 'plain'

butler service-an assortment of hold and cold D'oeuvres passed around

thats really alot of food-wow

Well you know how Everyone says 'The Cocktail hour is the Best'? I think My guest will say
'Her Cocktail hour was teh Worse'

GOD!
I wish I could have MORE money n get More food!!!!

So I have the Hors D'Oevres.... I still havent choose thm....
We have 2 Pasta Stations
Fruit & Veggies stations...

We are thinking if it is not so much $$ to add Maybe a Carving station or a Calamari/eggplant.
But I dunno rit now =-(

OMG, what aren't we having? Where do I begin?!

'Bar Bites' - snack foods on the bar, crudite, etc.
Ten different types of passed hors d’ oeuvres
Action stations - including pasta, risotto, calamari, eggplant rollatini, three different types of meats for the carving station, steamer station, potsticker and dumpling station, mashed potato bar, and some others but I forget
Sushi bar
'Tuscan Tasting Table' - about 85 different kinds of salads, dips, spreads and antipastos!
Cheese Table
Wine Station
Caviar Display
Ice Bar
Fresh Fruit Display

Seriously, it goes on and on....
