How many FH' are involved in creating your registry???
My fh was so into it..at the point where it was annoying...lol..i thought i could just go and scan what i wanted..but he was like..oh i like this better etc!!! I was like..hello??? i thought the grooms didn't care about this stuff!!! When my sister got married i registered with her!
edited..in the end i was happy..so we can enjoy everything together...however..i had to fight for the onion soup crocks!!!

Re: spin-off from janie' s registry w/poll
fh was definitely involved with registering, to the point of refusing to hand over the scanner for anything! sometimes i go online to see if there are items I want to add/change, and I find out he's been adding his own stuff to it without telling me.

He was a lot more particular than I was about decorative things. As far as functional things like appliances, bakeware and cookware, I pretty much picked what I wanted.

Re: spin-off from janie' s registry w/poll
We went about a month ago and FH was really whiny about it at first, but then I let him do the scanning and we had a good time. He was very particular about the pots and pans, and some other things. Took the time to pick out a nice bedding set.
We haven't added anything since, we have to find some free time to go again. I showed him how to get into it online and wrote down our password, but I don't think he's been peeking and I can see he hasn't added anything.

Jake didn't even know what it was
I went alone, it was fine- he doesn't care about stuff like that

My FH helped me pick everything, except for the china pattern which I've known for a while what I want. For some reason, he was really picky about our crystal. But, I love what we ended up getting.

Too Involved!
Right now we don't have fine china on there cause he thinks it is silly to register for china when we don't have a dining room set.
He is a registry downer. He is so damn practical, while I want a ton of everything in coordinating colors and patterns.
ETA: I added the glasses I wanted and told him after the fact. I LOVE them, but knew he would think I wasn't being practical.

Re: spin-off from janie' s registry w/poll
He's involved with registering, but not to the extent I would like him to be. I wanted to register right away, I feel like he doesn't want to go, but when he does go, he has 'everyone else's opinions with him' as what I like to refer to it as. He's so hell-bent on what everyone else tells him about what we need or what things we should have, it annoys me sometimes. I went and did our BB&B registry without him. I feel bad, I want him involved but I didn't want the aggravation of being told what pot holders or utensils I needed.
I'm at the point that I don't want to tell anyone what I registered for, just that we're registered. I know everyone is trying to help but geez, it's making me crazy sometimes.
ETA: Sorry, I'm venting, this whole registry thing just frustrates the heck out of me.

Very very involved. You know what's annoying? Most of the stuff bought is what HE put on there.

Nay nay nay...I just showed him the pot set that I picked out for him (he cooks so...)...other than that...I picked everything out myself and just showed it to him for either a yes or a no confirmation...

He wanted to put a nose hair trimmer on our registry. And I really don't think he was joking. I (obviously) drew the line at that one but let him on a pair of 'massage tappers' (balls on sticks that hit yourself with).

He went with me to Crate and Barrel. I was really surprised how particular his taste was. I did the BBB registry online, alone.

He went with me to register, but definitely wasn't thrilled about it....anything that we have left to register for he said I can pick out on my own.

FH was really involved. It was great because now the things we get will be ours

FH was involved - but I ended up taking a lot off and redoing a lot once I got home. Now he complains that all the stuff he picked out is gone.
