How do you do this? Do you just put a sign up at the bar or something?

Put a sign up OR have a waiter pass them around during the CH or the begining of the reception and let people know its the couples drink of the night or whatever

I might be wrong, but I was assuming that because we have an open bar with top shelf that they'd make whatever martinis we wanted, so long as they had the ingredients. I really wanted the martini bar, but FI said it wouldn't make sense to 'waste' one of our stations since they can get the same thing at the bar.
I was going to put a few martini menus on the bar and on the tables since there'll be drink service at the tables too. I'm all about the alch
