I am 5'3' and my soon to be hubby is only 5'6' so I guess we are both short!

4'10 for me. I look like im 12 its kinda annoying. LOL. although when Im 40 I will apprecitate. I get Id to go to the movies. Once I went to applebees for dinner with FH and his parents they said 3 adults one child?

Then my BF and FH goto friendlys they dont even ask they just seat us and put a kids menu in front of me. You have to BE 12 TO EAT OFF THE KIDS MENU 12 PEOPLE!!!!!

My FH is 5'11 so he is 1 foot and 1 inch taller then me.

ETA: we live in apt. that has a hook up for a stackable washer and dryer. Well we cant get it cause I can't reach inside the dryer! Then we can't put everyday items glasses plates on the 2nd shelf in the cabinet. cause I can only reach the 1st shelf.

Sister girl I feel your pain. I am 5'2' and people guess my age to be b/w 18 and 22 - I'm 28!!!!!!!!! Although I haven't gone through what you have, with the Applebee's incident, to me that's just plain rube on the host/hostess' parts, but people always think I am younger then I am. More for my face, then my height. But if I had $1 for every person who said that I will appreciate it when I am older, I could have 500 people at my wedding at the Plaza in NYC for $250 a head. On a saturday night. In the middle of June. Do you get me?? Don't let small minded people get to you.
