there is a store in roosevelt fields. The kit at the company store has more stuff than the kit at sephora. GL
I got my kit from ULTA- i swear by it... it covers scars on my face and last throughout the day- I would recommend letting a technician do a makeover on you so that you see how easy it really is and what color you should go for! Enjoy!
Bare Escentuals is the name of the company, Bare Minerals is the product...ur best bet is to go into an actual Boutique because the staff specializes in the product. The girls at Ulta & Sephora aren't as trained & knowledgable about it. They'll show u the basics - but for the most part u pretty much just pick up a box & go. If u go into a boutique they'll walk you through EVERYTHING step by step, show you whats used for what, little tricks you can do etc. It IS different than applying regular makeup...it's nothing crazy - its actually very simple & super quick - but there's just a different technique to it, and if u go into a Bare Escentuals Store they will guide you through everything & really show you how to get the most benefits from the product....the starter kit is also larger when u buy it in the boutique as opposed to the other stores..and u also start a point system where u save some mula. I work at the Queens Center Boutique...right now the only one on the Island is in Roosevelt Field...Jamille who is the head manager there is absolutely wonderful. They're adding about 3more on the island this year (including in smithhaven mall) but not for a while still.... good luck!
