Spin-off on tuxes: RB tuxes...

I have three young boys in the BP who will be 2 1/2, 4, and 5 at the time of the wedding. Their sisters and mothers are also in the BP so for those families it will be expensive to participate. I was curious to know if it was cheaper to rent or buy for the little ones. I have heard that stores like Denny's sell them rather inexpensive. I don't really mind if the little boys don't match the groomsmen - that isn't an issue as long as they match each other....

....and along those lines, one of the ladies may have access to a couple of tuxes for boys. If that is the case, do they really vary that much in style from each other in such small sizes? I mean how many different variations of little boy tuxes can there be (as long as they arent double breasted)? WE would like to be able to use what we have access to. and alter them to fit - assuming of course that the alterations are cheaper than it would be to buy /rent something new.

Any input or experiences would be helpful! Thanks.

I know this doesn't help because I live in NJ (but really not all that far from NYC). There's a HUGE tux rental place in Passiac NJ, they sent me a catalog of their tuxes and let me tell you, they have really nice stuff especially for the young boys (we have 6 kids in the BP ages 6 and younger) and the tux rentals are under $40 bucks each, which is a blessing because FH and I are picking up the cost for them. If you are interested they have a shop at home option on their website www.barrystux.com
