Spin off to Flip Flops

How many pairs did you get? I will have between 150-200 people. i figure half will be woman, should i get 72 pairs or go for 144? I figure i will probably steal at least 10 pairs myself since i love flops and they are really cute lol.

Well I didn't do flip flops, but I think 72 should be more than enough if half of your guests are women. Not everyone will be changing into them, so I think you'll be fine if you do a basket.
On the flip side, you can always sell the unused ones on eBay
