spin-off to frugal brides thread

what do you splurge on?

for me - i eat out alot. and i love traveling and taking vacations. and i like to get pampered whever possible (mani/pedi, wax, spa massages or facials)

those are my biggest factors of 'spending money' aside from the essentials

i splurge on electronics, mostly .... like my new camera i bought recently ... or my laptop / tv / ps3 / etc

some clothing and shoes - if it's a mush have and it's not on sale I will buy it!

I do enjoy my mani/pedis they are not to much $$$

we don't really eat out much and the last 2 years not much shopping.. we do go to every dave matthews band concert we can tho, like last friday, this friday and this saturday, LOL.

i find if i take out 500$ from the atm, its gone in 2 days on NOTHING

i can also survive with 30$ in my wallet for the week.

i am constantly buying clothes, yet never have anythign to wear.

i guess I 'splurge' on mani/pedi eyebrow threading every week.......(although pedi is every other).......

FH and I eat out A LOTTTTTTT (atleast once or twice a week).....I guess since we don't live together and can't cook for each other, its our date night.......

I do buy a lot of clothes here and there, but I do splurge 2 or 3x a year on MAJOR shopping where I buy for the season. With the wedding, I haven't this year but I will DEF be splurging on HM clothing!!!

BOOKS- I got so upset yesterday at target when FH told me I wasn't allowed to buy a book... money is a major issue right now.. and I mean MAJOR (can't get into it). but the book was $12.50 and I wanted to cry that I couldn't buy it.
besides that... cigs, food, and on a RARE occasion I'll buy myself a shirt.

food - we love to go out to eat
clothes here and there, but not specific to high end or anything
shoes - but average prices, nothing too crazy
anything that's going on my skin - lotions, makeup

transportation - i rather cab it then subway

We usually splurge on electronics and eating at expensive restaurants. We don't eat at expensive ones every day though, but once in a while we go all out. Yay for date night!

PURSES... I am a purse-a-holic... I love bags and not the cheap ones either...I do however save up when I want a really expensive one.

Also like most other girls: clothes and shoes. It is to the point though that I have no more room for anything!!!
