So I have always referred people to Totally You in Bellmore for MOB dresses. I went my mom when my sister got married and they were great. My mom went on Sat and had no complaints.
So I called them to find out thte syle and designer of the dress my mom got so I can see it online - she goes to me 'Why would I know that?' So I didn't say anything because I was shocked about the attitude and she goes 'doesn't she have the dress?' and when I said no, she goes 'well then it's her responsibility to figure this out herself, not mine'
Ummm...what??? I hadn't given them my mom's name so I hung up and fought the urge to call them back and tell them off

omg are you KIDDING me? I would call back and ask for a manager and blast them. Howe dare they treat you that way. Your Mom gave them business. You've referred people there and they should be courteous.

We had a problem with them when my mom initially went to try on dresses, they were rude. Sorry you experienced this too.

nothing i hate more than bishy sales ladies. ..if i were u.. i would go in there and wipeeeeeee my asss.... literally.. inside the crack and alll.. on as maaaaaaaannyy dresses as u can. and then hand them to the lady to hang..so she can touch ur buttt (2nd degree atleast lmao)!

Omg! That is incredibly rude! My mom got her dress there and we went back for her first fitting and were treated great.
